Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Carus Animal Health Ltd, Castle Court, 41 London Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 9RJ, United Kingdom (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to UK veterinary practices only.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over and employed by, or acting on behalf of, a UK veterinary practice.
- One entry per practice. Multiple entries from the same practice will not be counted.
- Employees of Carus Animal Health Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or any third parties directly associated with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- To be entered, eligible practices must book and attend a meeting with a Carus Animal Health representative during the promotional period of 01.10.2025 – 12.12.2025.
- 50% of clinical staff must attend the GIQuest session to be eligible for entry into the draw
- Practices who book and attend a meeting outside of this period will not be entered.
4. Prizes
- Practices that attend a meeting will be entered into a draw to win practice-based prizes, including team gift card vouchers (the “Prizes”).
- The exact Prizes available will be as described in the campaign promotional materials.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
- No cash alternative is available.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- The first 10 practices to book an attend a session are guaranteed a £100 gift card prize.
- Practices who book and attend a session during the promotional period will be entered into a prize draw to win one of two £500 gift cards. The two winners will be selected at random.
- The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone within 14 days of the draw.
- If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Case Study Programme
- Clinicians that participate in the GIQuest case study programme, as communicated by Carus Animal Health, are also eligible to win Prizes. The promotional period for this activity runs between 01.10.2025 – 01.03.2026.
- The first 20 clinicians to submit a GIQuest case study during the promotional period are guaranteed one free access to a gastrointestinal CPD webinar course provided by The Webinar Vet worth £125+VAT.
- Clinicians who submit a GIQuest case study within this period will be entered into a prize draw where the best five case study submissions win a £100 gift card.
- The winners of the prize draw will be selected based on the top five case study entries. Entries will be reviewed and chosen by a Carus Animal Health representative.
7. Publicity
- By entering, winners agree that the name of their practice and author of the case study may be used by the Promoter in marketing communications and promotional activity, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Data Protection
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
- Data will only be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that all information and materials submitted as part of their case study, including any images or personal data, comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. By entering the competition, entrants confirm they have obtained all necessary permissions and consents for any personal data, images, or third-party content included in their submission.
9. General
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, or any kind of network, server, or software failure.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
- The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
