A Memorable London Vet Show: Insightful Talks and Celebrations with Carus Animal Health

Published Friday, 28th November 2025

Carus Animal Health were excited to exhibit at this year’s London Vet Show, where our team enjoyed two dynamic days of engaging conversations, scientific discussion, and community celebration with veterinary professionals from across the UK and beyond.

From the moment the doors opened, the stand was buzzing with activity. The team were thrilled to meet so many dedicated vets, nurses, and practice teams, and to discuss how Carus’ innovations are helping to advance diagnostics and support improved clinical outcomes. The enthusiasm, curiosity, and expertise of the professionals we met made the event truly memorable.

One of the standout moments of the show was our Kagami Biraki sake ceremony. This traditional celebration, symbolising new beginnings, brought together friends, partners, and new connections for a shared moment of appreciation. It was wonderful to see the veterinary community embrace the ceremony’s spirit and join us in marking our first London Vet Show with GIQuest.

We were also happy to have Lucy Williams MRCVS deliver an insightful and well-received talk on GIQuest and the use of faecal calprotectin as a biomarker for gastrointestinal inflammation. Her presentation highlighted the growing importance of non-invasive diagnostics in veterinary medicine and demonstrated how faecal calprotectin testing can support the diagnosis and monitoring of GI inflammation at many stages of the diagnostic and treatment process. The session drew significant interest and sparked valuable discussions around practical implementation in everyday practice.

Overall, the London Vet Show was a fantastic opportunity for the Carus team to connect with the veterinary community, share knowledge, and showcase the developments that are shaping the future of animal health.

We extend a sincere thank you to everyone who visited us, attended Lucy’s talk, or joined the Kagami Biraki celebration. We look forward to continuing these conversations—and to returning next year with even more to share.
