• To qualify for the Veterinary Osteoarthritis Alliance (VOA) membership offer, participants must be registered veterinary surgeons in the United Kingdom.
• To qualify for a free sample of GIQuest, participants must be registered veterinary nurses or surgeons in the United Kingdom.
• Proof of professional status may be requested and verified at the Promoter’s discretion.

3. How to Participate

• Participants must complete the online form in full, providing accurate and complete contact details.
• By submitting the form, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Only one entry per veterinary practice is permitted unless otherwise stated.

4. Promotion Details

Participants who successfully complete the form will receive:

• Free Sample (subject to availability).
• VOA Annual Membership:

5. Fulfilment

• Free samples may take up to 8 weeks from the promotion end date to be delivered.
